The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the Quality activities for the Gulfstream programs at the Tulsa,OK facility.  This role will be an active change agent, facilitating and mentoring Quality supervisors and inspectors, promoting and facilitating a responsible and effective manufacturing self-inspection environment and will be accountable for driving a culture of quality first and zero defects.



The Quality Manager will:

  • Manage the day to day quality activites for the program
  • Lead and collaborate with other support groups and operation on solutions for the business
  • Resonsible for staffing, overtime, budget, and work schedule decisions for the program
  • Lead RCCA activity within the program and be a gate reviewr for root cause and solution effectiveness for recurrence prevention
  • Ensure self-management wihtin Quality Management System




  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • 10 years experience
  • Aerospace/aviation industry experience required - specifically commercial manufacturing structures/assembly. Gulfstream experience is strongly preferred
  • Supervisory experience of large teams consisting of both hourly and salary employees
  • Strong communications skills - verbal, written, presentation (large groups, 1 on 1, critical conversations, etc.)
  • Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement a plus
  • Self directed

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
