  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between management and project team, and op co management. Reviews status of projects, manages
  • schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity,
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for
  • intervention and problem solving with Op Co, Managers, and customers.


Program Management:


  • Manage Red to Green (RTG) for Business Units
  • Run meetings for EVP and preparing site for CEO level review
  • Deploy resources as required to accelerate project closure
  • Share best practices across Op Co's to help accelerate improvements


Triumph Precision Components (Business Unit) responsibilities:

  • Act as representative at TGI Program Manager Council
  • Execute action plan per TGI Pm PD ie NPI process, PM skills improvement plans, Training, Org assessment etc.
  • Triumph Operating System lead
  • Integrate leadership to align on strategy/direction
  • Manage Triumph Precision Components BD action plans
  • Manage TCA program for TPC
  • Chair weekly call with TOS leads to CI roadmap and coach next steps
  • Organize and lead quarterly Leadership Alignment session's
  • Schedule and facilitate OpCo Business Reviews and align BU time-line to MOR cadence on month to end close.
  • Run TPC weekly tag up meetings
  • Prepare MOR deck with EVP support
  • Run monthly OP Co business reviews



  • Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering. Master Degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in aircraft services or parts industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role. 
  • Working knowledge of Business Finance with demonstrated understanding of P7L accounting and reporting. Success in profit and loss management/leadership of $30M+ manufacturing site preferred.  
  • Demonstrated leadership improving operational efficiency and team leadership.
