The Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Engineer Lead will serve as the lead engineer for the Nashville Machine and Processing area.    This role will manage CNC, Maintenance, and Manufacturing engineers in all areas of strategic and tactical tasks, including but not limited to Cutters, New Projects, Cost Reduction, Machine OEE, Corrective action, etc.


Manage a group of engineers in their tactical and strategic roles as they support a Long Bed Machine and Process Shop.    Actively maintain machines to improve OEE, provide corrective actions, cutter technology, cost reduction initiatives, new machine installations, recycling, and business proposals.    Work with the Value Stream Leader and NC Programming Lead to assure that the Nashville Fabrication shop is functioning at a high level.



  • Bachelors degree in Technical field or equivilent
  • 10 years aircraft fabrication experience
  • Knowledge of machine controllers, maintenance, NC programming, and machine installation

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required
