  • Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
  • Respond to support requests received by phone, email, and through the helpdesk software system (currently SysAid)
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone
  • Take direction from local System Administrator and other Triumph Group management


  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in computer hardware, networks, and systems maintenance
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems including Windows 7 and 10 for PC’s and Windows Server 2008 and 2012 for servers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including versions 2010 and 2016/Office 365
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to function in a team environment, both locally and the larger division and corporate IT teams
  • Ability to take direction and see tasks through to completion, in other words, self-directed and motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
