Under minimal supervision, constructs, installs, modified, maintains, repairs, and or replaces electrical wiring, conduit or any electrical issue that arises. This is to include buildings, facilities, and all equipment.

  1. Install, tests, repair and or modify any electrical or electronic equipment.
  2. Repair, install or replace electrical issues.
  3. Conducts all functional tests safely to insure proper operation of all equipment and the facility.
  4. Performs maintenance technician duties when electrical work is not available.
  5. Follow and keep abreast of both state and local codes.
  6. Certification of all lifting equipment.
  7. Orders necessary parts for repairs and supplies.
  8. Ensure proper safety procedure is followed within the team environment.
  9. Maintains a clean work environment in full compliance with company standards, customer and government regulations.
  10. Assists in the development and maintenance of a business culture which supports a Company’s overall business objectives and goals.
  11. Trains others as required.

  • High school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent in experience. 2 years technical college education preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years direct experience in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of electrical testing equipment.
  • Able to become certified in material handling equipment.
  • Must have experience in time and cost management to balance workload in order to meet customer needs and at the same time minimize cost to the company.
  • Ability to follow and comprehend verbal and written instructions as well as present information in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measurement in percentage, fractions and decimals. Ability to apply concepts and interpret graphs and technical drawings.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse and team environment.
  • Ability to learn basic computer skills.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardize situations.



  • Must be able to become forklift certified.
  • Ability to be certified in safety required training as well as quality requirements.
