Under the direction of higher classified Material Handlers and Supervision perform material handling/inspection duties of the job areas (Receiving and Warehousing) as required. Process the necessary documentation to complete job assignments in receiving, shipping, and warehouse areas. Verify/validate that quantities and materials agree with documentation as required. Operate material handling equipment to move, load, hoist, and unload materials. Assure safe handling of materials, parts, and assemblies to prevent loss or damage. Operate factory equipment, machines, computer systems, and hand tools as required in the job areas. Refer unusual problems to lead or supervisor. Adhere to all applicable environmental, safety and health, and operations procedures and directives. Notify supervision of any/all malfunctions, defect and damages of equipment, material and product. Check work for completeness and accuracy. Keep work area clean and orderly.
