Triumph is organized into four market-facing Business Units and 22 operating companies. As a member of Triumph Aerospace Structures – Red Oak (TASRO) Operating Company, the Supply Chain MTO will provide a valuable skill set to assist in improving the site’s Supply Chain performance.
Develop technical statements of work for Supply base during bid process.
Coordinate schedules with Suppliers and Engineering to track status of parts in support of delivery assurance.
Communicate part priority to Engineering to expedite progressive releases and final Engineering to supply base.
Work to resolve part constraint at Supply base due to technical / Commercial / business process issues.
Conduct onsite analysis at Suppliers pertaining to manufacturability and technical capabilities, and support development of statement of work for Supplier Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quote (RFQ).
Evaluate Supplier Information Requests (SIRs) to provide rapid clarification of technical issues and submit Request to Engineering (RTEs) to revise Engineering.
Interrogate Catia models in order to evaluate the SIRs and subsequent technical actions.
Direct Supplier support for machining, fabrication, composite assemblies and complex mechanical assemblies.
