Triumph Integrated Systems, Fluid Power & Actuation, a division of Triumph Group, Inc. designs, engineers, tests, manufactures and repairs complex hydraulic and hydro-mechanical aircraft components and systems for the aerospace industry. We are a global leader in the design, development, manufacture, assembly, and aftermarket support of aerospace hydraulic actuators and fuses.  Our operations touch all major players in aviation.

Perform the maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, building, and facilities by performing the following duties personally and with facilities maintenance teammates.


  • Working closely with EHS Engineer, assists in providing a safe and effective work environment by overseeing, directing, and performing equipment installations, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
  • Ensures building and grounds are maintained by performing, delegating, or contracting general maintenance duties.
  • Functions as a troubleshooter by responding to requests for maintenance and repair assistance from all departments at Triumph Actuations Systems - Clemmons.
  • Performs work in more than one of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine, and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
  • Makes routing, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment,
  • Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machine tools and equipment.
  • Service and Repair of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment.
  • Interprets blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
  • Sets up and operates all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work.
  • Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met.


  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Certificates in maintenance work from an accredited vocational college or documented equivalent years of experience.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years in a manufacturing environment performing maintenance duties.
  • Preferred Associates degree in a technical discipline.



  • Read, write legibly, and understand English.
  • Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiple, and divide).
  • Mechanical/technical aptitude.
  • Attendance dependability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility with changes in work requirements.
  • Ability to stay focused and meet deadlines, which may require overtime.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software. (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Understand basic terminology used in the job functional area.
  • Ability to read a blue print.
