Responsible for developing and leading a team of Program Managers engaged in the management of new program introduction and sustaining production programs. The role will support all customers spanning domestic and international locations. Initially, the role will be focused on the TCS Spokane site with growth into additional product portfolios across TCS sites including Zacatecas & Mexicali, Mexico.
Primary responsibility is to lead the Program Management organization through the pursuit, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and close out phases of the program/project life cycle in the achievement of customer and business case objectives. In addition to serving as the owner of program performance, the Sr. Manager, Program Management will be responsible for contributing to the overall performance of TCS from sales, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow perspectives.
