  • Creating process planning and manufacturing instructions, including sketch sheets for housing manufacturing processes.
  • Designing tools and fixtures
  • Investigating root cause of rejections that occur during manufacturing
  • Determining possible corrective actions to resolve the problem and eliminate repeat occurrences.
  • Will have the authority to make decisions on and implement appropriate corrective action.
  • Creating manufacturing instructions for assembly of housings and other aerospace components.
  • Required to perform other tasks on occasion including auditing processes, inspecting hardware, travel, and participate in continuous improvement activities.


  • Bachelors in Manufacturing Engineering and / or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years complex 5-Axis manufacturing and or process planning experience
  • 3 years 3D modeling experience using Pro Engineer / CREO
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have housing inspection knowledge
  • Familiarity with basic aerospace measuring tools
  • Working knowledge of GD&T
  • Basic Computer Skills: proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel etc
  • Capable of effectively reading blueprints, specifications, and repair/overhaul manuals
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards a plus.
  • Gear manufacturing a plus
  • Self-motivated and driven
