Overview

Triumph Integrated Systems – Mechanical Solutions is a premier developer and producer of electromechanical controls and mechanisms for the Aerospace industry.  These products include push pull controls, related gearboxes and interfaces; pilot interface controls such as throttle quadrants and control sticks; control levers for landing gear, flap spoiler; electro-mechanical uplocks; latches; hold open rods.  Products are used on fixed and rotary wing platforms, commercial and military applications.  Supplier to nearly every aviation prime and many major subsystem suppliers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the program management activities from initial customer and conceptual design through development, qualification testing and product manufacture within a formalized NPI development process structure including cost and budget.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitors compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • Assign project responsibilities.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with cross functional project team members (manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, contracts).
  • Ensure timely completion according to project timelines of deliverables (SDRL’s, data items, reports, cost estimates).
  • Responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. 
  • Maintains and manages the customer interface

Qualifications

  • 4 year technical degree
  • 8+ Years of demonstrated experience managing engineering projects involving complex technology in a regulated industry.  Aerospace industry experience preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Project or similiar project management software.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills.
