The Financial Manager will ensure the compliance of business systems, rates, and annual disclosure statements in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) guidelines.   Extensive audit experience with DCMA and DCAA government agencies is required.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Supports Business Unit development and control in development of annual operating plans (AOP) and quarterly planning updates.
  • Provides monthly cost reports to govenment agencies. 
  • Leads the development of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP) and supports resulting audit requests.
  • Serves as the interface focal for on-site DACO and visiting government agencies.
  • Ensures the timely submittal and negotiation of annual incurred cost claims.
  • Assists in proposal preparation to verify compliance.
  • Works with business unit accounting and other operating site finance teams for Disclosure Statement preparation and support.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree or equivilent (Business or Accounting preferred)
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Working knowledge of FAR and CAS accounting requirements.
  • Applied knowledge of indirect budgeting and rate development.
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP system
  • Managerial experience leading finance personnel.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration or Accounting 
  • DCAA or DCMA experience is preferred
