The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordination and/or clarification of any items pertaining to Customer requirements.
Validate Purchase Order requirements, including delivery schedules and quality requirements.
Interfaces with internal and external customers.
Maintains synchronization of a supply chain between various organizations, customers, and suppliers by managing inventory systems, ordering from procurement and managing spares delivery schedules.
Analyzes internal systems that create demand for products, validate requirements and determine the proper course of action to satisfy requirements.
AA degree highly desirable 2 years of CSR experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
SAP experience a must, sales order experience a plus
Customer Service experience required
Proficient with MS Office, especially excel
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, change oriented environment
Strong organization skills, detail oriented
