    Deburr metal parts by breaking sharp edges on all internal and external surfaces using motorized, pneumatic and manual methods.


    Hiring for 2nd (5p to 5a) and weekend shift (F,S,S work 36 hours and get paid for 40 with OT optional during the week).


    15% shift premium for 2nd shift and benefits start on the 1st day of employment.




    The acceptable candidate shall be required to deburr aircraft gears and complex housings, also sand blasting, heat treat preparation and visual inspection of assignments.

    Ability to operate chucker lathe for manual edge break of sharp corners.

    Familiarity with lean

    Performs machine and hand finishing techniques to smooth and blend rough components into finished products.


    • Basic Blue Print reading skills
    • Basic inspection gaging skills
    • Good hand dexterity
    • Ability to work in a high paced team environment
    • Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions
    • Three to five year’s experience
    • Previous deburr experience a plus.
