The Operational Excellence Specialist will have responsibility for driving operational excellence and assisting in establishing a sustainable continuous improvement culture across the Red Oak site. The Operational Excellence Specialist is expected to be a change leader and manager, partnering with Senior Leaders across the site to assist in developing and executing their specific continuous improvement roadmaps. This highly hands-on role will lead process improvements that meet business needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in leading strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall performance of the business. May oversee continuous improvement activities for entire program or organziational function.
The Operational Excellence Specialist will report to the Director, Operational Excellence who in turn reports to the Red Oak Operating Company President. Peers to this role will include other Operational Excellence Specialists” Operational Excellence (OE) Leads, and Triumph Change Agents (TCA’s).
