The Continuous Improvement Specialist will have responsibility for driving operational excellence and assisting in establishing a sustainable continuous improvement culture across the Red Oak site. This highly hands-on role will lead process improvements that meet business needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in leading strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall performance of the business.
The Continuous Improvement Specialist is expected to be a change leader and manager, partnering with Leaders across the site to assist in developing and executing their specific continuous improvement roadmaps. May lead project focused groups or teams within the shop floor and/or office environment.
The Operational Excellence Specialist will report to the Director, Operational Excellence who in turn reports to the Red Oak Operating Company President.
