Triumph Integrated Systems, Geared Solutions, a division of Triumph Group, Inc. designs, tests, manufactures and supports power drive and high load actuation systems servicing the aerospace industry. We are seeking a pro-active and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives. The position will report to the Director of Human Resources for Geared Solutions.
This role will be responsible for supporting assisting the HR Director in every aspect of Human Resources, to support business goals and objectives. May assist in all or some of the following areas; hourly recruiting, new hire onboarding, salary administration, performance management, employee recognition/rewards programs, training & development, AAP and EEO related programs, benefits planning and administration, employee relations, legal and compliance, safety, and workers’ compensation.
